What do I do if I lost my password?
If this is your first time logging in, your password is in the
letter acknowledging your application. If you no longer have
this letter, please call the program office at 800.669.7882.
If you have logged in before, click “Forgot your password.”
Enter your Delegate ID number, and we will e-mail your password
to the address you entered when you first logged on. You will
receive your password within 15 minutes. If you have your e-mail
filter turned on, you should check your spam folder to make sure
you do not miss a message from us.
If you do not have access to the e-mail address you entered
during your first login, please call the program office at

I lost my password, and I don’t have access to the e-mail I
used when I logged in for the first time?
Please call the program office at 800.669.7882. Changing your
e-mail address in OnBoard does not change the address we use to
communicate with you about your password.
How do I change my password?
Log in to OnBoard and go to the pre-travel section. Click
“Change password.”
I can’t log in to OnBoard/My password doesn’t work.

I have logged in before but I am
unable to log in now.
If you have logged in before but are having trouble
logging in now, you may need to reset your cookies and delete
the cache from your browser. The most common reason for this is
that the last name or ID number was accidentally typed in
incorrectly. When this happens, your browser will be stuck
remembering the wrong information, and you can't log in. To correct this issue,
follow the steps below:
Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- In the General tab click "Delete Cookies."
- In the General tab click on "Delete Files."
- Close and open Internet Explorer.
- Log in again.
Netscape
- Select Options from the Tools menu.
- In the Privacy tab, click Clear next to Cookies.
- Click OK.
- Close and open Netscape
- Log in again.
