organization. Through the leader training, we know that all leaders
understand our policies and are prepared to lead a delegation.
Because we emphasize health and safety, we also know our leaders are
prepared for emergencies and can help ensure the safety of our
students.

Complete the following module in the spring or as instructed by
your area director:
Handling Escalated Travel Situations
Continuing Education Units (CEU)
People to People is now authorized by IACET (International
Association for Continuing Education and Training). Starting with
the 2008 travel season, leaders can earn CEU for the successful
completion of online training certification. A certificate
indicating the number of IACET CEU earned will be available to
leaders upon successful completion of each quiz.
Professional Development Clock Hours
In addition, state specific professional development “hours” may
also be granted. If available, you will be prompted upon completion
of all leader certification quizzes.
Troubleshooting
Mac users: To access the
certification quizzes, you will need to use the
Firefox browser. Please note that you need OSX 10 to download Firefox; if
you do not have this operating system, you will need to access the
quizzes from a different computer.
